Pricing
All prices listed on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of the New Zealand goods and service tax (GST) of 15%. We will charge you the retail price shown on the website at the time you submit your order, together with any additional handling and delivery fees.
Terms of Sale
By completing a purchase order you are stating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Orders: Growing Kiwi Gardeners reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason even after order confirmation, including (without limitation) where we believe the order constitutes a mis-use of a promotional or marketing activity; or to be potentially fraudulent.

While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods are accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

If we do cancel your order, we accept no liability for any resulting damages or costs suffered by you, however we will refund the purchase price to you (where it has already been paid).

Payment
You may pay online using credit card in New Zealand Dollars.
Delivery
Growing Kiwi Gardeners currently delivers only to New Zealand addresses. You must make sure that the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if you ask us to deliver to a work address) because we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We cannot take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you, or because you have not chosen a safe delivery address. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you.

You must notify us within 5 days of the dispatch date (as stated in the email we send confirming dispatch) if you have not received an item. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods when they have been delivered in accordance with the instructions you have given us.

We use Pass the Parcel - please note no signature is required for. Deliveries are made during standard weekday business hours.

When your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email with the courier ticket tracking link embedded in it – simply click on the link and you will be able to see the stages your parcel is taking to reach you. If you have any questions about delivery once you receive this email, please contact Pass the Parcel directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched.

Once an order is dispatched it gets delivered in the next 2-4 working days to addresses in the main metro areas of both North and South Islands. For smaller centres allow another working day for delivery. Rural Delivery (RD) addresses can take longer.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund if you change your mind or if you made a mistake when ordering from the website. We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery of the items.

If the product being returned is faulty, and the Consumer Guarantee Act applies, Growing Kiwi Gardeners will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under The Consumer Guarantees Act.
What happens if the goods are damaged when I open them up?
Should any damage be found after opening the packaging you must notify Growing Kiwi Gardeners within 24 hours of delivery. We can discuss replacement or refund options.
I haven’t received the right items. What should I do?
We work hard to ensure all orders are processed correctly, but sometimes a mistake may happen. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can put things right.
